Building Community through the Arts
Students in ARTE 310 shined when they presented to over 100 people in attendance from all over campus about the two workshops they led for homeschool students. They broke into two groups, based on the Socastee Library workshop and the watercolor workshop. Each group spoke for 15 minutes to describe the workshop to the audience and connect how they were building community through the arts. I provided the following framework, but both groups made it their own and really impressed the audience!
